Tipping should be a reward for outstanding service, not something that is expected. It should be a personal choice to recognize the effort made by the server, rather than being part of the transaction itself. Have you ever received a refund for bad service?
As for parking, it was a hassle since only the drive-thru was available, and the line was absurdly long. Overall, my experience was quite disappointing.

By far the WORST McDonalds I’ve been to. The workers were very rude. They would look at me standing at the register and ignore me. 4 people came in after us and they got their food before we did. Then the workers little guy friends roll in and all of them go running to the register. They got their food instantly Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Where is the manager? This location really needs some assistance from corporate. The service is incredibly slow, yet they continue to take orders. I wouldn’t recommend stopping here during a road trip. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 2.
Like any other restaurant, it can get crowded and sometimes the service slows down. However, this morning was different—I received my food in just about three minutes! The waitress was very friendly too.

This was the slowest McDonald's I've ever visited. I have no idea what they were doing back there! I won't be going back again and honestly, it doesn't even deserve one star!
If I could give this place a negative rating, I certainly would. The majority of the staff had a very poor attitude and displayed favoritism based on customers' skin color.
I believe the owners should feel ashamed. They mistreat their employees. I know a kind young man who works there, and he has been wronged.
I wouldn't give this place even ONE star... but.. fb is making me.. I can't wait to get back to fl where people have manners
