This is the worst Mc Donald's I've been to. The past 3 times I have had issues with the food and the employees. They can't pack a bag of food properly without smashing your burgers, they can't even make a simple cheeseburger that lines up straight becausemy bun and cheese are usually half way on the burger with the other half exposed, I've called to speak to the manager and shedidn't care about any of my issues, and when I've called the 800 customer service number I've been told the Franchise ownerwould call me and they haven't. I forgot to mention, there was an issue with the app and it said I needed to go into the store.There were so many customers standing around with NOBODY at the front...
Watch out for a girl named sidel very very rude. She must have had a hard day all i asked was for some strawberry jelly and she rolled her eyes at me so hard i almost saw them fall out of her head. I understand fast food is not a fun job but i went to school and received an Education thats why i became a nurse, sidel if you do not like your job go back to school and further your education and maybe you will like what you do and not give so much attitude about your mc job. Never will i ever return to this mcdonalds again i do not like rude people.

The chik in the window asked for my receipt like if I was at Walmart. Once she was giving me my order I asked if that was it. She said yes. And I get home with a missing pie. This is what we raised their pay for? If they can't even do a small simple taskwithout making a mistake. I still want my pie!!!

Today, I had a delightful iced hazelnut coffee with an extra shot of espresso, and it was simply delicious! The service here is mostly outstanding. Mariana, one of my favorites, provides excellent customer service, and everyone else is great as well!
I visited the restaurant today around 9:00 PM. They really need to focus on serving their indoor customers, as I had to wait about three minutes before someone came to take my order. Additionally, the place could benefit from more frequent cleaning.
Although the drivethru line seemed endless they were pretty efficient on taking orders. Would of been faster if it wasnt for a few cars causing a scene and taking their time at the window cause lady had to rummage thru her trunk to find her wallet.
Paloma was just standing there and waiting for someone else to hand her ketchup. Like you couldn't get it yourself . Management has there favorite and slaves . You can tell by the way people move . They need to reconsider Management.

I don’t know who got recently hired or what changed but the fries have been made fresh lately so thank you to whoever took initiative to do that because for a while the fries were so soggy and old!!
If you live in/ninwood, come to this Mc Donald's rather than the long beach Blvd. This is 1000 times better in every respect.
