Hit this location almost every morning on the way to the office. Used to be really organized and really quick. Lately every time I pull up I’m asked to drive around and park. Last week was told to do so and they sent so many around, it became dangerous to park, people became trapped in spaces, waited an additional 10 minutes, got food could barely back out, and then was almost hit and smashed between a new car entering the drive thru line, and another car backing out of a spot. Drive thru always seems to be one lane only, with the other closed/ blocked by a sign. Today there were 3 cars in front of me and I waited in line for 27 minutes just to order. After I went to the pick up window they told me to wait in parking spot #1 for my food. Someone was already in parking spot and she told me she was waiting 12 minutes for two pops. She actually went inside since no one came out to give them to her. I waited an additional 13 minutes for my food after waiting to pay and to get my drink at the window. Ordered fish sandwich. Came barely warm even though I asked for it to be made fresh. So much tartar sauce it was slipping sliding away! Bun was hard not the steamy soft, the reason you buy a McD fish sandwich. I had to go back through to reorder still got a hard bun. What the heck? Also fish fillet has been replaced by a subpar version, must be cheaper for McD but not a winner for customers. Very disappointing .
This used to be good. Now it’s on the avoid list. Nobody taking orders at second drive thru lane. After multiple cars went through first lane, I drive to the pay window and gave order. At pickup, sent to wait area for just a coke and dbl cheeseburger. Waited forever there. Wasn’t even busy, but ‘fast food’ took half an hour.

Just waited 25 min from ordering (not counting line) before receiving our food. It was cold and most items were wrong. I don’t usually complain, but this was by FAR the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonalds. The kids running the show didn’t seem to care either.
The staff was very rude! All I ordered was a frappe and an apple pie and I was rudely told that they don't have frappe's or pies! WHAT! I wasted my time waiting in line and got nothing. There are so many other McDonald's I would not recommend going to this one.
So my wife kids and myself went to mcdonalds got 4 mcdoubls and 2 mcchickens. Why they only put 3 mcdoubles and 2 mcchickens my wife has called them literally 20 times and no one has still answered. Its sad cause it was my first time there

Idk what happened but now they just lock you in whisper over the mic and then hand you the wrong food after making you wait longer than normal.
It’s a 50-50 whether you’ll get the right food that you ordered. On a positive note you do get food.
