We visited this restaurant for breakfast and were disappointed by the lack of functioning self-service terminals. Our order was incomplete, requiring us to return to the counter for the missing item. Although the staff quickly provided it, the condiment dispensers were empty. The Breakfast Bun appeared messy and poorly assembled, making it nearly inedible. Additionally, the toilets were closed during our visit, a recurring issue. It is disappointing to see a decline in standards at McDonald's, a chain known for its consistency. The Head Office should prioritize closer monitoring of their branches to maintain their reputation.
Ordered via the app and it was delivered very quickly by a lovely asian lady. Only trouble was, the order was wrong, and I didn't realise until she had gone. I had ordered a BBQ Quarter Pounder with Cheese and got a double one. While most people would love that they got something extra free, I think the double is too meaty and not as good as the single patty. The fries were average a little soggy, and the coke while fizzy seemed like it was diet coke rather than the regular one that I ordered. So overall not a great visit.
I asked for some burger sauce in a cheese burger and they said they can’t do that as it’s not on the list how ridiculous the Borehamwood, St Albans and every other McDonald’s I have been to have honoured this. Didn’t order wouldn’t go there again
This restaurant never gets anything right. They never include sauces or straws, even if you pay for them. Today, I asked for extra pickles and only received two in my order. The burger was a complete mess. I will not be dining here again.
