Another evening where they do not have any drinks, employees are more interested in seeing who is going off on who. Lots of people pulled to the side waiting on food and charging the same price for the meal when they don't feel like changing the machine or cleaning it. Drive through employees have the nastiest attitudes because they can not keep up with the pace of service. Cut you off when ordering and still give you the wrong order. Why does this happen in the black neighborhoods and yet you want to ask for $15 hr when you can't get a simple order correct not ask if there is anything else needed. HORRIBLE...just sucked down a freakin long ass hair with my Carmel mocha! What a way to start the morning!! I swear this has to be thee worst MCD in the city of St. Louis. I've wrote them off before due to countless customer service issues but after this I'm totally done. Do Not! I repeat DoNot! Patronize this establishment. They should really be closed down. Not to mention for this single item order I had to pull forward and wait!!! smh. I feel sick.
I went there to get breakfast and was told twice that somebody was going to help bUt never did, only attended to drive thru as there is nobody at the inside register. I never was able to get my breakfast and I leFt because I was annoyed to wait more than 5 mins of waiting on getting my food order.... worst experience ever... don't bother going inside as every staff doesn't care or knows how to speed things up in the place
Perhaps a bad mood or stress would make an employee rude and down right hateful on occasion. New to the neighborhood this week. Third time is a charm or a curse? Never again. We moved into our new home near this McDonald's this week. Three times trying to get drink orders, three times exceptionally bad service. Trying not to let it inform our opinion of our neighborhood.

I came into this establishment to get a big Mac with a coworker of mine on our lunch break we stood in line for a while with no one at the register and no one took our order they looked at us several times and said nothing then we heard one lady tell someone that there's people at the counter and she said So as the other workers laughed so we walked out.
Created a mobile order, only to get there for the girl in drive thru to tell me that she doesn't see any mobile orders. Ok fine. I then asked for double 1/4 meal and then was told that they are out of meat. Really? If McDonalds don't want my business, then I won't give it to them
Worst place I would rather drive 10 miles out of my way something is broken in drive through they never look at cameras they just let you set their out of last 10 times only 2 times went ok but I kept telling myself try again but not on more.
I've spent 30 Mins in line missed getting to church late to sit here in line all for these idiots to stand around and then give me the wrong order. Close this location down and fire EVERYONE!!!!!!
