McDonalds at 20844 Camp Pendleton provided tremendously poor service all around. On 15SEP2024 I ordered for curbside service and at 1222 pm I pulled up and parked at Spot #7. By 1250 No order has been brought out, so I walked in from my curb spot and asked about my order as its been over 30 minutes. The employee turned to a side counter, where numerous bags were sitting and asked my name? and grabbed my bag and handed it to me then proceeded to retrieve my drink, meanwhile i checked my food and all was COLD, it felt like it had been sitting out for a long while. We ordered dinner for 4 via the mobile app for curbside pickup. It took over 20 minutes to get our food. When we did get our food, everything was cold!! But that’s not even the worst part we got home, heated up our food in the microwave and while my son was eating his food he pulled a piece of hair out of it. Absolutely disgusting. We all threw away our food after that. What a waste of $40+. Do better McDonald’s Service: Take out

Every time I go through this drive thru order the McFlurry they say “we are not serving ice cream right now” how is this possible , don’t they close it down at the end of the night? They don't start up the ice cream machine, so they don't have to clean it. So they never have ice cream. The service is rude on top of it
