I think that I'm just going to stop going to this particular location. I almost always order the same thing and use the app to place/purchase my orders but, they always forget something. Today I went out of my way to not modify my order. I ordered a double quarter pounder with bacon large meal and they always forget the bacon. I purposely did not modify the order in the off chance that me not wanting onions or pickles with somehow mess them up. Nope. Still no bacon. This has happened at least 5 times.
I had an issue with my combo meal at this location. When I called to request a replacement, the manager named Denise told me to come in whenever I was ready to pick up the correct meal. I returned today, two days later, to collect it, but the night shift manager contacted Denise, who claimed she hadn't issued any credits recently. This location lacks professionalism, and I plan to speak with the general manager and district manager soon!
Denise is an ineffective manager who lacks leadership skills. She talks negatively about other employees to their coworkers, acting as if she is superior, but her behavior is unprofessional and chaotic. The person who promoted her to a managerial position should reconsider that decision. Additionally, she has a close relationship with a pregnant colleague whom she refers to as her daughter, which adds to the disarray in the workplace.
The food was expertly prepared and tasted very fresh. The service was fast and the staff were courteous when taking my order. I would give them a perfect score, but unfortunately, all of our large fries were only half full. While many claim you receive a generous portion, this was the smallest amount we have ever received.

The drive-through here is terrible and slow. And they’re so disorganized. You could be sitting at the speaker while two cars pass you before they finally take your order. If you guys can’t handle two speakers don’t use two speakers.

Never open on time... might be 15 mins late to hour 45 mins late. It's like a roll of dice when this place wants to open. **** poor.. Probably time to find better management.
The DoorDash order was ready and waiting for me on the shelf when I arrived. I can't complain this time. I can't speak for the rest of the experience, though.
