We had an excellent experience here thanks to the daytime crew. The manager was incredibly friendly, and the staff was well-organized. For the first time, I didn't have to take my burger apart to add all the ingredients myself because it was made perfectly. The burgers looked amazing. Kudos to the cook and the kitchen team for a job well done!
Not sure if they had a big manger watching them or if they’re this proficient every day, but every guest was greeted, orders were processed quickly, the store was clean, the employees were friendly and professionally dressed and the leader could be heard directing the employees respectfully. I’ve never seen such order at a McDonalds.
There are some new team members at this restaurant, and the service is continually improving. The drive-thru lines move more swiftly, and the food is served hot. The day shift drive-thru manager has been fantastic, promptly correcting any order mistakes and providing service with a friendly smile.
This McDonald's offers excellent customer service, but the fries could use some improvement. I've observed similar issues with the fries at other McDonald's locations, which seems to be linked to the ongoing employee shortage. Book a table now
We went inside this time so I could use expiring points. The man who helped me was so patient and helpful with me figuring out the app. Didn't act like I was putting him out either!
They always get the food out super fast and always seem to be in a good mood it's a great location the times I have not had a good time are few and far between so keep being awesome
Best Macdonalds ever. They have nice ladies and they're open 24 7. They are connected to the pilot truck stop. They also have a drive thru on the west side of the building.
The service was extremely slow, and my order was incorrect. I recommend finding a different restaurant; this one was disappointing. Book a table now
