So, I was a McDonalds Manager for 6 years and this store is in shambles, They don't understand the substitute button, Daily Doubles regularly made with Ketchup, Mustard and Mayo. Their food is made incorrectly and sloppily, they pack their bags horribly and regularly put packets of ketchup directly inside the fry box (Food safety violation)... I'm highly forgiving of mistakes because I understand how difficult it can be in fast food, but this establishment is embarrassing... Re-training is desperately needed and the owner/operator needs to have some pride in his establishment.
This location and the one north and south of it on Rochester road are horribly overprices. They appear to be owned by the same franchisee that sets the menu prices way above normal for the area. Plain bagel here $2.69 vs Dequindre 18 location $0.99, vs $1.39 at Panera! BigMac here $5.87 vs $4.59 at Dequindre 18 mile location. McDs is already mediocre food to begin with so there's no reason to pay 28% markup when you can just go down the street and get the same exact thing.
I will never return to this restaurant again. I used my remaining reward points to purchase dinner, but the computer system had a glitch and almost didn't fulfill my order. Despite having the receipt emailed to me and already paying, the staff insisted they didn't have my order. The manager eventually provided me with the food, but was clearly frustrated with the situation. I apologize for any inconvenience caused by the computer error.
Don't be fooled - this McDonald's is anything but typical. Located in the popular Rochester Hills area, with plenty of parking and two drive-thru lanes, the attentive staff made for an exceptional experience. I will definitely be returning.

Come here if you want to sit in line when trying to get to work cuz theyll spend money on illusions like 1 line looking like 2 lines rather than a extra employee. Further confusing and slowing down the entire process.
Our food was cold they gave us cold food!!! The fries and nuggets for my son were freezing cold we had to heat up the food at home. Very upset about our recent visit.
Service was fast and accurate but please bring back salads and all day breakfast. There is little or nothing I want to eat on the lunch or dinner menu.
Best Fish sandwich, even though there's never a coupon for savings, it's still worth $5.19. I can't find one I like better at any price.
