I had a frustrating experience with my order. They forgot a part of it, and instead of addressing the issue, the staff became upset that they would have to pause production to resolve it. If they had done their job correctly from the start, I wouldn't have had to find parking for my truck and go back inside. If they weren't willing to complete my order, a refund would have sufficed, but the attitude I received was uncalled for. I only became upset after they showed frustration towards me. One of the staff members, who was the manager, joined in on the unprofessional behavior. Overall, it was disappointing service, especially for a takeout order.
We attempted to go thru the drive through today on 9/16 at around 1 pm and sat waiting several minutes while 2 different employees talked to someone at the window exchanging hats back and forth never taking our order. We went inside and they said the customer had an issue but that was not true unless McDonald's sells ball caps now. This is possibly the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Absolutely ridiculous!

I ordered a frappe with extra drizzle, but there was no drizzle at all. When I asked about it, the staff only added a tiny bit on top and rudely informed me that they aren't a coffee shop and that her manager instructed her to make the frappe that way. I decided to leave it since I couldn't get my money back because I used the mobile app.
They move the lines pretty efficiently and usually get the orders correct. The staff at this restaurant are amazing! Even though they are extremely busy, they still manage to handle everything efficiently. I did have one instance where a staff member lost their temper with me, but overall, the service is outstanding.
