When I reached the payment window, I encountered another long wait, and the same employee eventually came to take my payment. This restaurant has been incredibly frustrating for Uber Eats drivers picking up orders. Every time I visit, I'm left waiting for 20 to 30 minutes. I've brought this to the attention of the shift manager, but she didn't bother to apologize for the excessive delay during a midday pickup. Unfortunately, this issue also impacts customers who order inside. Often, they complete 8 to 10 drive-thru orders before even starting on ours, even when there are no customers inside the restaurant. I rated this restaurant 1 star because the staff struggled to understand both French and English. They completely messed up my order, and I had to direct the conversation at the drive-thru since they weren't paying attention. When they finally remembered I was there, they ignored what I had said completely. When my order arrived, it was wrong—there were no fries, even though I clearly requested a trio. The soft drink I ordered was supposed to be Coke, but it tasted like a strange mix of root beer, Sprite, and something like tap water.
