I just visited this McDonald’s to get dinner for my kids, and it was a frustrating experience. I was charged over $40, but not all of my food was given to me. The employee at the drive-thru window at 7:11 PM was quite rude and didn’t provide us with everything we ordered. It was a very unpleasant experience, and I don’t plan to come back to this location. I even had my husband return to the restaurant to request a refund. As customers, we were overcharged, received incomplete food, and were met with a negative attitude. McDonald's, you really need to improve!
Let's crame as much as you can in one paper bag it's not like these things grow on trees. While missing a Sandwich dining in I had to go to the front counter for the Manager that took my order to say I never ordered a Big Mac. I said are you calling me aliar are we even looking at the same receipt . She grabs a box from under the heat lamp slams it on the counter. I come backbecause it didn't have any special sauce. Still getting and attitude with me. Other staff was fine. That's all.
Could we please bring back all-day breakfast? For the love of God! You must be losing a lot of money each day and week. I used to visit five or more times a week, but now I barely go once a week, if that. The extra profits could be invested in better employee support or even more funding for the McDonald's Foundation. Just wanted to add that. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed, along with millions of other customers across the country. Please, McDonald's corporate, listen to us!
If I could come here every day, I absolutely would. The management is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly considerate. This is the ONLY McDonald's with a working espresso machine, as far as I know. I can always count on getting a latte at this location, unlike others. This place is truly ON POINT! I really appreciate them; it’s the little things that can make a customer happy sometimes.

Today was a special day for me, as I met my boyfriend's two daughters for the first time. We had a fantastic time and truly enjoyed our meals. The sweet young lady who took our order did an excellent job, especially considering it was her first day and she was in training. The woman training her was also doing a great job. Thank you for making my first visit so enjoyable and relaxing!
So I ordered a number 7. 2cheeseburger add extra onion and large vanilla ice coffee. I had to bring my stuff back over salted fries couldn’t eat them. No extra onions. And the ice coffee stunk. So they were very nice in replacement but they gave me an old as hell. Hamburger they probably dropped on the ground and ice coffee still stunk on replacement. WOULDNT GO THERE !!’n
My kids are huge fans of McDonald's, but I seldom give out 5-star ratings—until I downloaded their app. Now I can earn points for free food, and the app regularly features fantastic deals, such as buy one get one free. Best of all, mistakes with our Drive-Thru orders have significantly decreased. I can finally say, "I'm loving it!"
This McDonald's offers the best service in South Florida. I drive past four other McDonald's locations to come here, and it's definitely worth it because their service is consistently excellent. They have a strong management team, and my orders are always accurate. The staff is also very friendly.

They are always prompt with my orders. There have been a couple of times when they were a bit too fast, as I've missed a few items I ordered on two occasions. However, overall, they do a fantastic job!
I love their fries and so does my parrot. McDonald's fries are his favorite and mine too. 9 times out of 10 the fries are fresh and hot!
