I have been sitting at this McDonalds for 30 plus minutes. After sitting at the speaker for over 15 minutes with no on acknowledging the customers at the speaker. I pulled around to see if they were open. The employees kept walking passed the window and would not acknowledge me. I waited 10 minutes got out the car and opened the drive through window to ask if they were open. A young man said they were cleaning I asked for the manager. He came to the window I explained the situation. He said he doesnt have a headset on. After I explained the situation he said he would handle it. I wish I could separate my experience between day and night at this restaurant. The daytime service is fantastic, typically around 8 PM, but unfortunately, my experience during the night shift has been disappointing. Last Thursday, I approached the counter and noticed four employees sitting at a table, distracted by their phones, while I waited. Tonight, I waited for 30 minutes, only to be informed that they were just out of the items I wanted after finally making my way to the front. I was the only customer placing an order at that time. I wish I could give zero stars. I literally only come back because it’s so close to my work. EVERY time I go through drive thru the wait is literally over 15 minutes before the speaker. I originally thought they were understaffed or it was an off week. But it’s been months. I don’t get it. They have one person taking orders at both speakers and cashing out. I was rudely treated by the female staff who told me the dining area was closed while they ignored me in the lobby for an entire day, laughing and joking amongst themselves. They had a full staff, so there was no valid excuse for this behavior. I hope it wasn't motivated by racial bias, though these days, I'm not surprised by anything. My wife and I are an interracial couple, and it was disappointing for our children as well. I probably won't be returning; my family deserves better treatment.

Went to the drive through, ordered my food. Was told to pull around so I do. Nobody in the first window except the little girl sitting out of view playing on her phone. So I assume she’s on break. I drive to the 2nd window and they asked if I paid. I said “no” and promptly apologize for the mistake. this little demon at the first window starts screaming about how I’m a white man and I think I can do whatever I want. It is what it is but I won’t ever come back to this dump.
Place is trash lately cold and wrong orders. Watch to amount of people who drive off on your cameras @cooperate @owner @store manager please address this issue or close and let someone else take over sucks this is in my town. Took over 40 mins I never left the parking lot check the cameras reach out will gladly come in to talk to the store manager about this. the only thing that is reliable with this mcdonald’s is that I know there will be a problem with my ordering or timing when we order from here. eating is normally lukewarm, the waiting period is long, and this last visit, 3 of the 5 burgers ordered were missing torf or quite the wrong sandwich. I know I shouldn't have had high expectations of fast eating, but I would expect them to have more literates than my friend.
The employees took my order and asked me to come up, took my money after taking other peoples orders and then smoothly gave me my order. There are times it could move quicker and smoother, but I understand that most of the time it is because they are short staffed. Sometimes they are just slow and not working hard enough...that is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

One of the worst mcdonalds. Employees are cooking food and scratching their head, i walked out. Disgusting. After looking at their reviews i should of known. I will never be stepping in this place again. Reporting this to corporate is the best way this place gets help.
Long wait at the speaker Not greeted with any professionalism or kindness. I think we were told hold on. Whike waiting for our food at the window we could hear very loud music in the restaurant. My chicken was hard and dry- so clearly old.
