I placed an order with McDonald's and they gave me the wrong order with something I'm allergic too. So I called then when I reordered and no one answers their phone and I got laughed at on the phone by the driver... even though I need an epipen for this allergy. This location surely isn't a rush hr at this time of night im sure.......Nothing good until someone can face feedback but this is not good customer service.... if I could give 0 I would.Also now I have to wait til 253am to eat food after working all day. I'm exhausted and starving and angry at the lack of compassion.
Worst visit to McDonald’s ever. Was first in line, but still waited for 10 minutes watching other people get their orders. When I got home i discovered thatI didn’t even get what I ordered. Is it that hard to tell the difference between a double quarter pounder and a slimy chicken wrap? At least I got to eat my cold apple pies.
Even though they have a sign saying it’s open 24 hours and google also says they are open 24 hours, when I went to the drive through around 4 AM they just said they are closed. Why?
Gave my coworker one piece of bacon on burger then gave us attitude for asking them to remake the order. Careless staff and not organized at all.
