it is a mcdonald’s, and there are certain quantities of standardization that prevent it from hitting 1 star. as one of the few eat in FC/San mateo late in the night? the service is. shockingly far below mcds standards to these hours. the nightman regularly delivers orders, rushes me so much that they even ask me to go into the window if I am not ordered, parks orders would eat much more often than any fast, and sometimes mistakes will be made that go over inaccurate and bizarre like the ordering of a mcchik and get one of them with no lower bungalow (if I do not ask such, naturally made). if you have no more reasons, avoid it later, and still be awake in daylight. the food itself is however...
Haven’t tried this location in a while. The staff was really nice. I haven’t seen this crew before and I was honestly shocked. Past crews I’ve encountered seemed really stand off-ish.The food wasn’t great. The McRib was ok. But my nuggets and fries were not. Both seemed like they were cooked at too high a temperature. The nuggets was like eating stale foam. The fries were crispy all the way though and had no taste. This McDonald's location on the peninsula is one of the best around. Not only are they the most affordable in the area (check out the McCheapest site), they offer Coca Cola Freestyle machines with a wider selection of flavors compared to regular soda machines. Additionally, they still use the red medium and large fry containers instead of the smaller paper ones that other nearby McDonald's have switched to. They also still offer pump ketchup with the small paper cups.

The staff is very nice. I just wish they would understand that if someone orders decaf, it might be for a medical reason. I always order decaf but only get it about 50% of the time which has caused me to lose faith in this location. I’m really sad about it because McDonald’s has really good coffee.
My spicy chicken sandwich came with a small teaspoon full of cheesy sauce and I had to bring it back to the kitchen. They added more sauce to make it just okay. I was disappointed with why they thought it was ok to serve the sandwich as they did.
that's the worst of mcdonald. even with no one in the line they always ask us to park and wait. it is dirty in most of the time. I never had a worse quality meal at a mcdonald’s. burgers look like a small child made them consistent.
Friendly staff who is always ready to take your order. See alot of peoeple doing internet orders and pick up outside. Washroom was clean. The whole dinning area was very clean.

they always screw up my mobile order or drive thru order. this time missing in “Hotcakes Sausage” sausage, although the label says “Hotcakes Sausage”.
Edit: incomplete order and stale food on drive thru. It’s better to get your order in the dining room and verify it.
