I doubt this review will make a difference to the management and owners, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I would recommend staying away from this location. The cleanliness of the restaurant is lacking, with restrooms that are in terrible condition. The tables and chairs were dirty as well. Customer service was disappointing; no one seemed interested in helping when I had a question, and the digital menus weren't even functioning. As for the food, the sandwiches were poorly assembled and the fries were only lukewarm. It’s clear that the staff doesn't prioritize service, and I get the sense that management is more focused on profits than on providing a good experience in Annandale...
I requested honey for my 20-piece chicken nuggets, as well as honey mustard, but was told they didn’t have any. When I asked for sweet and sour, I got the same response. I then requested BBQ sauce, and he finally admitted they had no sauces at all. I even asked for ketchup, and was informed they had run out of that too! What?! After driving away, we realized he never gave us the honey he claimed to have. For us, this experience at McDonald's was quite disappointing, and we wouldn’t have bothered going through the drive-thru if someone had the courtesy to put up a sign indicating that they were completely out of all sauces. This is just unacceptable!
Disgusting! Waiting in long line to hear my card machine not working... cash only them for my food spicy chicken combo) the chicken was hard as a brick, my fries seemed like they been sitting in the lobby... super cold, she was mad bcuz I asked for hot fries. No sauce on my sandwich and a dry pickle. I can go on and on. This McDonald 's should be ashamed because that 's not the restaurant I once knew who always had fresh food. So DISAPPOINTED!!! WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!! PLEASE GO TO CHICA FILA OR ANY FASTFOOD PLACE WITH FRESH FOOD, FRIENDLY. AND HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I THINK THEY DESERVE 0 ? 's

Dont go to this location for fries and chicken nuggets. the fries were cold and soft. The nuggets were super dry and hard. it looks like they precooked too much to be out in the heat lamp. This is not the first time. I live nearby that is why I come here but this is my last time. I will go to other location where nuggets/fries are super good and cant stop eating them.

Avoid. MCD corporate would have a field day in this place. Dirty floors, dirty tables. Bathrooms are in need of MAJOR basic updates. Ate in. Hamburger was room temp. Cooked me a hot one no problems. Staff was nice.
Ordered a Big Mac and this is what I got?!?!! Horrible service and it?s always a long line because it?s on a busy street. But otherwise drive to other location.
