Disgusting! Waiting in long line to hear my card machine not working... cash only them for my food spicy chicken combo) the chicken was hard as a brick, my fries seemed like they been sitting in the lobby... super cold, she was mad bcuz I asked for hot fries. No sauce on my sandwich and a dry pickle. I can go on and on. This McDonald 's should be ashamed because that 's not the restaurant I once knew who always had fresh food. So DISAPPOINTED!!! WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!! PLEASE GO TO CHICA FILA OR ANY FASTFOOD PLACE WITH FRESH FOOD, FRIENDLY. AND HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I THINK THEY DESERVE 0 ? 's
The worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. The service is slow and they never give the attention that you deserve, Never ask for pickup because they will never give you your food or they will be late, Seriously one day I order something and they give me that within 20 mins when on the phone says it will give it in less than 5. Now about the food is dry and gross I mean it's a McDonald's what do you wait for it? Overall don't go unless you want to be disappointed. 2/5
Dont go to this location for fries and chicken nuggets. the fries were cold and soft. The nuggets were super dry and hard. it looks like they precooked too much to be out in the heat lamp. This is not the first time. I live nearby that is why I come here but this is my last time. I will go to other location where nuggets/fries are super good and cant stop eating them.
Impressive how they find a way to mess up your order: online or in person, they will make sure to give you the wrong item or forget it. Service is always rude and difficult to understand, very much pushing you to leave. The entire place is in a bad area surrounded by homeless asking for money or food. Would definitely avoid this location if you can

This place is dump. Got people inside the restaurant harassing you for money and others are sleeping inside the restaurant. Don’t see the manager kicking them out or anything. Not a safe place to bring your family to eat inside. They got people selling drugs outside the restaurant.
Avoid. MCD corporate would have a field day in this place. Dirty floors, dirty tables. Bathrooms are in need of MAJOR basic updates. Ate in. Hamburger was room temp. Cooked me a hot one no problems. Staff was nice.
Ordered a Big Mac and this is what I got?!?!! Horrible service and it?s always a long line because it?s on a busy street. But otherwise drive to other location.
The cashier has difficulty taking orders and often delivers them incorrectly.
