I love the staff here absolutely. I'm regularly working around. Many people remember me and they are super friendly and sweet. I wish I could remember more of their names, I asked several times and always forget. But they always remember my name! I'm so excited when I see one of the many employees I'm friendly with. Always a pleasant experience! The names of my favorite employees were Celeste, Phillip, Hector, and I think Mariah and Elisa? (I will ask them their names when I see them and correct them, those are the names I always forget, but they are super cool and beautiful:
This McDonald’s is aesthetic 10/10. The bathrooms are clean and the staff is definitely friendly, fast and helpful. The reason I knock a star is the lack of dollar menu elements!! This is the only McDonald’s I was in NY that offers no size soda or 4 pieces nuggets for $1. Not sure why this is, but this location definitely has the favorable prices that you expect from this fast food chain.
The food is always kinda off. The mayonnaise is always expired, the fries are always either unsalted or soggy (both if you're really unlucky), and their pies are always stale. Burgers are fine as long as you don't order a quarter pounder.
I am so very upset , we waited 1.5 hours for our food I told to get one drink and one small fry, we never got 40 mc nuggets , 2 large fries , and 2 Big Macs along with 3 more fry's. It was a waste of money. No !!!!
