McDonald's - Table reservation

For several years I have been going to this restaurant that is becoming increasingly mediocre each year the restaurant is extremely dirty the kitchens are horrible and the cooks touch to all with their hands whether it be the steak chopped nuggets or the chicken wings it doesn't even put gloves. The drinks are always served his ice because so-called the machine still inoperative but it's been 2 years since it lasts and as usual the orders are made halfway and when we're going to claim our of , it's limit if he doesn't treat us as a liar! at my last visit they wanted to check the camera if he had yes or no fries in my menus! Open restaurant, open doors, cars at the drive but my terminals are closed and the counter is not used then we are told "we closed earlier by lack of staff!" never seen this! When I was working on it, full staff or not we were doing a service! You suck!

chopped steack often too cooked, very salted fries or little cooked. The establishment is always dirty: floor, tables, wc (but so not easy to maintain), overflowing trash. I've been there for two years and it's always the same.

We took our order at the terminal and chose a service in the room. We were served 30 minutes later and again because we claimed. The ice creams were melted, cold fries and sandwiches, but also almost people in the room.
