Arrived at the hotel nearby quite late and didn't fancy a restaurant too tired, so decided to have a MaccyD. The place was packed to the gunnals. Had to use one of the new improved touch screen ordering computers. Nightmare! Finally got a ticket and joined the queue for ticket holders. Not enough staff so ended up waiting twenty minutes for my order. The fries were cold and limp, the burger was overcooked and all in all one of the worst MaccyDs we have ever had.
Cheeseburger sans steak. Oui, sans steak. À ce niveau-là, ce n’est plus une erreur, c’est du grand n’importe quoi. Et le pire : une responsable hautaine et méprisante, incapable de présenter des excuses correctes ou de gérer la situation avec un minimum de professionnalisme. Service inadmissible et aucun respect pour le client. Pensez à ouvrir vos sandwichs pour vérifier que les ingrédients sont bien présents, visiblement ce n’est pas fait en cuisine. À fuir.
The prices are inflated compared to all of our local Mcdonald 's presumably due to the proximity of Futuroscope. On the day we went the self order point wouldn 't print a receipt/order number and nobody came out to the machine, the food was not hot, in fact the 'Winter fries ' were cold and I was asked to pay for the 'Sauce Potatoes ' which is normally included with potatoes which the horrible winter fries are currently replacing.
Sûrement le pire McDo d’Europe… Restaurant très sale, frites même pas tièdes…, mais carrément froide, un bruit constant d’appareil à mon avis plus très conforme. On demande des serviettes et on nous donne un genre de papier wc. Même si vous n’avez pas mangé depuis 3 jours, passez votre chemin… Book a table now
Sûrement le pire McDonald's ! Le dernier jour lors de mon week-end au futuroscope je vais au McDo, je suis très déçu: Frites froide, big mac écrasé, table sale.... bref restaurant très très très sale !!!
Had three standard meals (not to myself of course! but they were not very nice. Very expensive too. Tried to use self serve but was far more expensive than even counter service. I'll not bother again.
