With long waiting times, poor quality cold food, even though its freshly cooked to order and trying to get any condiments out of the staff is like trying to get blood out of a stone. When the menu item ADVERTISES that it comes with a sauce dip, you would at least expect it to be in the bag and not have to remind the staff EVERY TIME. Even then its not guaranteed, and you get aggression and a mouthful of the staff when you question it. Complained to customer services and just get a fobbed off response and the general feeling that they really couldn 't care less either. Was promised a complimentary voucher but these couldn 't be printed because of COVID 19. I didn 't realize the virus affected...
I go there quite a bit for drive through. In the last few weeks, I ask for a plain triple cheeseburger, ask them that they know i just want the bun, the burgers and the cheese and they say yes, plain. Then I get a standard one with all the mush. Then keep forgetting to add the hash browns with the breakfast meals. This morning I ask for a bacon roll meal and they give me the breakfast meal. It is a simple menu and should be simple to follow. The manager needs to sort these issues
Totally shocking service from this store. Ordered via app to collect but when I got home I realised an item was missing. I rang to complain but was told by Victoria that they couldn't give me a refund until I visited the store in person. That is disgusting bearing in mind I had already paid by card online. Seems they are happy to take your money without seeing you in person but not give it back!!!
The staff spend more time talking amongst themselves than serving the food which is always Lukewarm when taken home which is only a 5 Min drive. So much for Hot fast food you would be better off going in to town for the other take away's in town for much better service

McDonald's has everything covered when it comes to providing a comfortable dining experience inside their restaurant. They have an excellent system in place with good hygiene, socially distanced tables, and knowledgeable staff. Great job, guys!
Without a doubt the worst mcdonalds I've ever eaten. The fries tasted awful, like they were cooked in dirty oil. The big mac was stone cold. Absolute joke of a place, this is not the first time I've been let down so I have leave a review.
Ordered 5 things that should have come with sour cream. Arrived home with 0 sour cream. Either couldn’t be arsed to say we have no sour cream or, just absolute halfwits. Not even the first or second time. Absolute clowns.
Simple order of fries and mozzarella sticks. Fries missing but restaurant couldn’t care less, told to reorder. Would’ve had to pay additional delivery charge. It’s not UBER fault but the incompetent restaurant staff.

Order was places, given the wrong food. Went round drive thru again to be shouted at by a woman employee. Had to pay again for their mistakes. Awful customer service. Kids crying, will never return for btec food.
Have been here many times and the manager is always brilliant and very calm first day of takeaways only! There was a new lady and she got everything wrong but we felt sorry for her and everybody has to learn.
