I had a really disappointing experience at this McDonald's. I ordered through the app but never received my food. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card to get my money back. When I spoke to the manager about the issue, I was told that refunds could only be made for in-person orders and that I was at fault for using the app. Despite showing proof of my order, he refused to assist me and claimed I didn't have a coupon code. I tried to reach out to customer service several times but got no resolution. It took three days for the charge to show up, and even then, I still couldn’t get my money back. I don't visit this place very often during the day, so I can't say much about how busy it gets at that time. However, in the evening, it tends to be pretty quiet, which I really like. When I walk in, I don't have a lot of social interaction with the staff—not that they're rude, but it's mostly straightforward. On the other hand, when I ride my bike through the drive-thru, the staff there can be pretty entertaining. As for the food, I've never really noticed any differences between this McDonald's and others I've been to.
This restaurant has a convenient 24-hour location, and it's partnered with nearly all delivery apps if you prefer not to drive. If you do decide to go there yourself, the drive-thru is quick, and the service is friendly. The food is tasty, but the best part is that the fries are always hot! I highly recommend it.
The service was friendly, and the drive-through was impressively fast. Everyone was wearing gloves, and there was plenty of parking space available for those who want to dine in during the pandemic. Plus, it’s great that they use FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified cups! I give it 5 stars!

There’s something about this McDonald’s that makes the food especially tasty. I believe it’s because the fries are always fresh whenever I stop by after work. They never let me down.
