Terrible experience—this might be the worst McDonald's in the Bay Area! They renovated the building but didn't improve the poor management. There's about a 60% chance you'll get the wrong order. If you have a large family order, they make you park in a numbered spot and wait 5-10 minutes while cars keep passing through the drive-thru. How can they serve 20 cars ahead of me when I only ordered two adult meals and two kids' meals? I've been coming here for years and hoped things would be better after the renovation, but no—it’s still a joke.
We love McDonald's, and for the longest time, I refused to have the app. I tried the app recently, and it is actually pretty easy to use. I still need to get used to it. I need to learn how to find things I want to try without scrolling to find it. It takes time, and my kids get impatient. It's hard when I'm ordering for multiple people, and they just want me to drive up and order their food. But either way whether I use the app or order the regular way, we love McDonald's.
I ordered 2 sausage muffins with no egg and a large coffee; $6.40.Then I had to wait in a parking stall for over 5 minutes for the sausage muffins. It's 8 a.m. I was only the 2nd car in line. The car ahead of me had to wait for their order as well as the car behind me. We were all parked in stalls in the lot.
This McDonald's has messed up my order numerous times over the years. What's frustrating is that the drive-thru was never busy—only two cars ahead of me and one behind.

The service is decent, but the staff occasionally mix up orders when it gets busy with both drive-thru and in-house customers.
15 minutes wait for an ice coffee. This is the second time the same thing happens. Location is
30 minutes for a drive-thru order completely unacceptable I would avoid this location.
The Big Mac often arrives falling apart and isn't always served neatly.
