This is, without a doubt, the worst McDonald's I've ever had the misfortune of patronizing. The service is consistently dreadfully slow, and my orders are frequently incorrect. I had been avoiding this location for several months, but I decided to give it another chance today. Waiting over 20 minutes for a fast food order is unacceptable. I won't be returning. I highly recommend steering clear of this place. There are two other McDonald's nearby—take the extra time to go to one of those if you're craving McDonald's. Service rating: 1 star.

The rest of the staff, including the manager, had limited English skills, which caused a 30-minute delay and led to my online deals expiring. When the employees tried to ask the manager for assistance, she ignored them and wasted time. I order through the app for this location. They never have the holiday pies, I order them and when I get there, they don't have them! These are only available during Christmas, which means they should be available ALL the time! I ordered a double quarter pounder deluxe, it was made so poorly, I could not even eat it!
