The lady at the drive thru is so rude. Just went through the drive thru and she refused to move the machine out further so I could pay cause I couldn't reach. Other employees that work the drive thru can move it so why can't she. She then proceed to cop an attitude when I asked her to take my cars to scan it because I couldn't reach. She grabbed it from me and wasn't nice at all. I then asked for a small cup of ice and she said she couldn't because she needed it for the customers behind me and if I wanted ice I should have asked for it at the speaker. The service at this restaurant was excellent. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. I visited before going cherry picking with my children and left feeling full and happy. We used a kiosk to place our order and then made a payment at the register, which was quick and easy. We sat at a booth and noticed that the area was clean and tidy. It was a bit disappointing that the ketchup dispenser wasn't working because my son was excited to see it in action. The bathroom was also clean.
This McDonald's location consistently makes mistakes and serves the wrong orders. The biscuits are usually stale no matter what time of day you order them. The service is inefficient, requiring customers to wait a long time for their food after pulling around. It is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. However, the young man who delivers the food to customers waiting is very kind. The restaurant does not offer any compensation for their errors. Overall, a terrible experience.
The wait times at this restaurant were unacceptable. Despite being told I couldn't order breakfast due to my arrival time, I then ordered lunch only to be informed that the food wasn't ready to be served yet. Why not allow me to order breakfast if lunch wasn't ready? The service was terrible and I would rate it a 0 if possible.
