We had our order incorrect three times, and any acknowledgment of the issue felt pointless. The staff lacked smiles and friendliness towards customers. This location definitely needs more training.
You go to a fast food drive-thru to quickly grab your food and be on your way, but they always make you pull up and wait for 15 minutes for just 10 nuggets. It's really frustrating!
