Please be aware that this McDonald's, as I've noticed twice, will charge you for items saying they're not in stock like apple pies, ice cream, or whatever. For me, it was the pies. If you pay with a card, they take your card, supposedly will refund you, but check your bank—they don't. I brought this to the manager's attention, and she said it's possible, but that's not her problem; it's a corporate problem. So please be aware of the scams they are pulling to probably pocket the money.
there was this worker named paul he was bald (in case any other workers named paul) anyways i was with my friend and when we asked for extra sauce he just gave us a nasty look and ignored us. there had been multiple times where i run into this worker and he just always seems to be in a bad mood it would be nice to see a change in him to be more chipper and happy.like don't be anyone's for doing ur job when being asked nicely for more sauce.
I am a regular customer, and a bald manager with a nose ring gave me my order. I think his name was Paul. I had asked for extra sauces since it was a big order, and he gave me a nasty look and attitude. I have never had this problem before with any other managers. He seems to always be in a bad mood when I go. Horrible customer service. He should be fired.
The cashier was chatting with a friend while the breakfast sign was turned off, even though we arrived on time. The friend asked if they could still serve us breakfast, but the cashier charged us for each item instead of offering the package deal, which I pointed out several times would have been cheaper. I ordered a Happy Meal with a toy and a 6-piece Chicken McNugget, but they forgot to include one nugget. They offered to let us return to pick up the missing nugget, but making a 14-15 minute round trip for just one nugget didn't seem worth it. They really need to be more diligent about counting to six.
Terrible attitude. The staff have laughed at customers and mocked them to their faces. Unfortunately, this McDonald's is busy due to its location. If they don't understand customer service, they should find another job. The food is good, but seriously!
Ordered a Big Mac at the drive thru....I didn't say anything about it being plain but I get home and its just meat and buns...not even cheese lol....and you all wonder why you are not worth more than minimum wage...its not rocket science...JFC ?
