If you're asking about something and you don't continue to another sandwich, you need to make sure that's what they want. We were asking about the double fish sandwich and whether they steam or toast the buns. When we finished, we ended up with a regular fish sandwich instead of a double, and I mentioned it, and the manager said we didn't order it like that. Yet we did, because we ordered 2 double fish meals but ended up with a single meal. Your employees need to start listening to people a lot better. I used to be a shift manager, and it's a little hard to believe that the manager and employees treat customers the way they do now.
My family and I ate here for lunch today! Both me and my bf got the Big Mac Meals (our Big Mac 's buns were burnt and the sandwiches tasted awful! They definitely weren 't fresh. The fries were literally the only decent thing we ate. Our son got the Chicken Nugget kids meal with Chocolate Milk. They didn 't bring the milk I had to walk to the counter to ask for it. He took one bite of the nuggets and said they were disgusting . Our family loves McDonald 's so for us to say the food was nasty and unedible is saying a lot. The front worker was not friendly! I 'm not sure if we will ever come back to this location.
I would like to obtain a corporate contact number to address a concerning situation I witnessed. A manager was loudly yelling at her employees and treating them poorly. She continuously messed up orders, while one employee at the drive-thru on March 8, 2024, at 12:02 AM was trying to correct the mistakes despite being berated. I find this behavior unacceptable, and I will continue reaching out until I understand why it is permissible for her to act in such a manner. If it were up to me, I would not want that manager in my restaurant under any circumstances.
I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant, primarily due to the behavior of the manager, Azona. In my five years of visiting this place, I have never witnessed such unprofessionalism and rudeness. She was yelling at one of her employees at the counter, despite the employee’s efforts to explain that my order had been mistakenly taken from her. The employee handled the situation with grace and composure, which I truly admired, as I know I would have struggled to stay calm in the same situation.

The woman at the drive-thru window taking our payment was really nice today. However, when we got to the second window to pick up our food, the older woman who handed over our order was quite rude. She reacted harshly when my friend asked for a sauce that wasn't included and for some napkins, as we needed them for our little one. Overall, the food was good, but the service could definitely use improvement.
Tried to order at speaker. Had to order at window. Person still didn't get it right. Another person came took my order. They got it right.
Food was terrible. Coffee was cold, asked to remake hot… Came back even colder. Horrible service. Stay Away !!
It's a McDonald's, what do you expect? Why do they not have bagel sandwiches down South?
