Mcdonald's - Table reservation

I don't normally give reviews for restaurants because I come from a family with people in the service industry, however the last 3 times we have been there for breakfast have not been enjoyable. Food comes out cold, orders are messed up, they always forget to give us something in the order. I have to say it's not all their fault as the one girl was taking orders up front and the drive thru. I had to ask that my food come out hot one time and she turned to the girl in the back to tell her! Then it takes soo long for it to come out and it's cold. I am a consistent customer at this mcdonald’s. Everytime i get food it’s always cold, nasty, or they always forget something. This time was the last straw when I found a piece of plastic and a long brown strand of hair in my burger. And they can’t even do their jobs correctly when i ask for sauce in my bag and get one singular ketchup.

The young woman that I asked for a hamburger proceeds to charge me for a cheese burger without cheese. Duh. I asked for a refund because like a dumby I paid the said amount and then realized that a hamburger shouldn't cost $3.14. It is apparent that this crew and manager need way more training on how to take an order!

Terrible service, I waited for half an hour and they only attended to the others and I with my receipt in hand and they do not hurry, they are very slow and they talk a lot among themselves and they do not serve people quickly?

Nice and clean. The people working there were also nice and friendly.
