I placed an order through the mobile app for 16 McDoubles and eight fries. However, when I arrived at McDonald's to pick up my order, they informed me that it had been canceled. The reason given was that I wasn't in the parking lot when I made the order, so they couldn't fulfill it. I live just 0.43 miles away from the restaurant. I had a group of friends coming over after a paintball session, so I had ordered food for all of them. After McDonald's canceled my order, I decided to go to Texas Roadhouse instead. I went there today at 4:10pm and ordered 1 large coffee. I was standing there waiting for my coffee and there was so many people ordering and leaving with their food. I waited for 12 minutes for my coffee and when I asked the worker named Jim, he was sorude and he ignored my question and acted busy. I am upset because he didn?t reply to me or apologize for his behavior. He wasso unprofessional that I am taking my time out for this review. I am still very upset. McDonalds needs to train the employeesbetter professionalism and service etiquette. I will not go there ever again.
Ordered previously 2x here and it?s always an inexperienced cashier who looks like she rather be elsewhere. Had $5 for 20 nuggets and their system couldn?t process it. I ask for the manager? Manager arrives and also throws up her hands, not lookingto satisfy a customer. She said I read it wrong: it?s 5 Nuggets for $20 DOLLARS?!? Are u kidding me I ask her to override thecash register, which she finally does The nuggets? Dry as heck Never again here

This place is the most disorganized McDonald's in the history of the chain. I ordered a six piece and a 4 piece mcnugget... they put it in a 10 piece box. The orders were for two people ??? Then none of the three sodas purchased were Marked...iordered diet. They gave me regular....not the first time with this place. They did get my no ketchup request correct. Thisplace is terrible.
Even toilet brush bowl is McDonald?s!! Great upcycle idea!! The brush fits so well!!! Jokes aside, great location and very busy during lunch time. Drive through and parking lot is always full. But the staffs are moving in light speed, courteous andfriendly!
My order was incomplete when I left the restaurant. We didn't check the bag before departing, and one sandwich was missing. Additionally, I noticed that the napkin holder at the food pickup area had dirty napkins, which I've never encountered before.
Drawing from my experience in the retail sector, I was really impressed by the manager at this McDonald's. They efficiently managed everything from drive-thru and Uber Eats orders to in-person transactions while maintaining a calm demeanor.
