This McDonald's has implemented a new drive-thru system where they take your order at the drive-thru and then have you park in one of the designated spots. Unfortunately, this system is terrible. They forgot about four items from our order, and we had to wait even longer to receive our food. I really wish they would go back to the previous setup. It's frustrating!
This is the worst McDonald's in the Bronx. All the good reviews seem to come from employees. Where can I find the corporate number for McDonald's so they can assess this location and possibly shut it down? The food is consistently cold, and the hours are always inaccurate.
The chocolate shake is amazing, the McDouble is delicious, and the french fries are the best I've ever had! I ordered 2 McDoubles, 1 medium chocolate shake, and 1 small fries for just $7.71. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
The problem with this mc Donald's the price is different i going to other mc Donald s I paid lower I ask why in here is so expensive they said around no that’s the reason I no going over there no more Book a table now
I wouldn't recommend ordering coffee from this place (1865 Bruckner Blvd, Bronx, NY 10473) unless you enjoy spoiled milk that has likely been sitting in the coffee for a month.
The staff here is outstanding. I would give it a five-star rating if they could just create a separate area for takeout customers away from those dining in the restaurant.
The restaurant claims to be open 24 hours, but when I arrived, I was told it was closed. I noticed five people inside just hanging out and listening to music.
I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the restaurant was. The staff was also very friendly, and the service was quick. Overall, I rate the service 5/5. Book a table now
