I had a fantastic experience yesterday at the grand opening of this McDonald’s location, where I even had the chance to meet Ronald McDonald! The restaurant boasts a modern decor and self-order kiosks, perfect for those who have specific requests. Your food is delivered directly to your table, making it more convenient than ever. Ronald entertained the kids with autographs, photos, and prizes, and the franchise owners as well as KMLE 108 were also present. Extremely slow drive thru. I?m sure they are peeling potatoes. Speaking about potatoes, wait in the drive thru for a lifetime then wait in the ?didn?t cook enough food? spot for another 10 minutes for French fries. This location needs somesupport. Update 04-10-22: Still the same horrible service here. Went for two happy meals today for my girls and somehow theystill got it wrong. Embarrassing. Update 10-10-22: No cars in the drive thru. I order a cheeseburger meal, get to the windowjust to have them tell me to go into the ?waiting zone?. This location is horrific.
The food was decent and surprisingly fresh for a McDonald's. However, the cashier seemed inexperienced. He struggled to read the receipt, and when I gave him $30 in cash (a $20 and a $10), we ended up in a five-minute back-and-forth. I kept explaining that I had handed him $30, but he insisted I still owed $4 and some change. Eventually, he realized he had dropped the $10 on the floor. I felt bad for the customers waiting behind me because of the delay caused by his mistake.
I ordered three different meals, but the lady interrupted me and told me to go to the first window to add to my order. When I did, she dropped the receipt. Then, at the second window, the lady named Nina gave me a large water and tried to charge me for it again, claiming I hadn’t paid. She finally gave in but didn’t give me my milkshakes or triple cheeseburger, saying I needed the receipt they had just dropped, but it had to be printed clearly in black and white.

The staff at McDonald’s were friendly, but the $6 spicy chicken sandwich was disappointing. It was tough and appeared as if it was from the previous day, just reheated. Definitely not what I expected from the menu.
This McDonalds consistently forgets to include the sauce with our drive through order. I wasn't going to leave a review the first few times, but it's happened so frequently that it is getting a bit ridiculous.
McDonald's consistently gets our orders right, and the service line moves swiftly. It’s about as good as it gets for a fast-food experience with their menu.
I have no issues with this restaurant. The food was fresh and lived up to my expectations for McDonald's when everything is operating smoothly.
