When they get the order correct its good mcdonalds quality food. Problem is that more than half the time they get simple orders wrong. Go to the Wendy's across the street, they get orders wrong sometimes too but not as often. I ask for no onions on my burger and constantly get burgers that are COVERED in onions, half the time I end up not going back to complain and just throw it away since it isn't worth the drive back. Just today not only did they put onions on my burger when I asked them not to (It was on the receipt and everything) they gave me someone else's food on top of mine. I feel bad for whoever didn't get their quarter pounder because they gave it to me and I didn't realize until...
On December 23 2023 I went here with my family and just got 1 soda and 1 fry while waiting for are food a strange guy and girl appeared out of nowhere and the guy went behind the counter ordered food then looked to see if anybody was looking at him I was scared and looking at my family thinking he was robbing the store then he proceeded to go into the back of McDonald’s and says to his friend “suck my … buddy” I think with kids in my family it was horrible. I AM NEVER COMING BACK!
If I could rate this branch any lower I would. Came here for an interview at 4:30pm. They didn’t seem to have a clue when I received text confirmation for it. Granted I understand how busy fast food chains can get but to have someone wait over 45mins for an in person interview is insane. Might as take the HIRING sign down if you’re not looking for people to work.
Chicken patty I just got is old as hell. Probably was fried like 2 hours ago in some really dark oil. Stop sandbagging. Also lady at the window heard me ask for sauce and left me there for 3 min and never came back. Unfortunately this place is tied with ledgewood as the worst McDonald's around here

Love new remodel store, seems ready to handle busy times more efficiently. Better attention to lobby customers. Overall all staff very customer friendly.
This McDonald's is fantastic. Clean and the food came out hot and fresh. John was super friendly and even knew some customers on a first name basis.
Same great food, same great staff. But I prefer the original building and dining room layout, the new layout is very boxy mechanical feeling.
If you already took forever to come up I want to came up it was wrong anyway at the drive-in
