Here on vacation....stopped in to get me and the wife breakfast. Bad experience, this place took 27min to make the food pictured below, and then we had to hassle these people for our drinks. The front staff employees seem to love to argue with you when numerous customers who had issue including myself had to argue our cases for items missing from bags, no condiments in drive through orders, no silverware. I was there waiting for 27min, so I had a chance to hear many customers issues. This place needs a 3rd party judge and jury to settle disputes. Management was arguing and talking nasty to employees all within earshot of waiting customers. Unprofessional.... This place is a zoo! Get your bus...
While on vacation, my partner and I stopped at this restaurant for an early meal. It was a bad experience as it took 27 minutes to receive our food and we had to repeatedly ask for our drinks. The front staff seemed argumentative and many other customers were also experiencing issues such as missing items from their orders. There was no organization in place and the overall atmosphere was chaotic. The management was unprofessional, speaking negatively about their coworkers in front of customers. This restaurant needs outside intervention to resolve their problems. It was a disappointing experience and I would not recommend dining here. The establishment needs to get their business in order.
At first everything was fine. But they gave us our food at the second windows and handed me my iced tea. I had to pull forward for the other 2 drinks and I did. They assisted everyone in the drive thru and after about 15 minutes we went inside to get our drinks. There was no one visible for several minutes so we had to get our own cups and at that point someone came around from the back where they were all chit chatting and said we couldn't be behind the counter. She is right, however you are working and you need to actually be doing that.
First, I should say, this is the first 1 star review I've ever given under any circumstance. What an absolutely horrendous experience... my wife and I waited behind 3 cars for 45 minutes only to discover they were 'closed' after pulling up to the speaker 20 minutes before posted closing time . The cashier was sure to skip any sort of greeting... she let us wait about 10 minutes before delivering the news. Horrible operations and horrible service.

ordered food and 3 drinks in the car thru. I have our food and 1 drink. was asked to forward for a diet coke and sprite. waited 15 minutes and finally went in. there was no one who commanded and men in the queue. we have our 2 big tassen ourselves and then it was said that we cannot do that. bad service. would not recommend it. 2 stars because it was good to eat. service was poor. good luck.
This rude woman working with a blue bonnet in the drive through, not only made us go back around to make a second order, but treated me and my family with disrespect. When we approached the window she gave us threatening looks and snatched the credit card out of my partners hand, then returned it so aggressively it fell on the floor. We’ve never been treated this way at a drive through.
McDonald's as a chain is declining in quality. They are now ranked among the worst fast food restaurants. Yesterday, I ordered a McDouble and they were unable to fulfill the order. After waiting for 15 minutes, I requested a refund and left.
We opted for a few soft serve ice cream cones instead of waiting in line at the nearby touristy dessert place. The ice cream was inexpensive and delicious, and the service was friendly.

we haven't eaten at mcdonalds for over a year, but while in st petes beach decided to snack the mcchicken and fries that I ordered were fresh and piping hot
Just spent 30 minutes in the drive thru. Seriously poorly run restaurant. No apologies. Had to go retrieve our own food.
