My DoorDash order was completely messed up. I called the McDonald's on 256th St in Kent, and DJ apologized and invited me to come to the restaurant so he could fix my order. When I arrived, it was clear that he was short-staffed, with only two or three employees working. I watched from outside as he quickly moved between the sandwich assembly station, the fries, and the drive-thru window. He was able to provide me with my corrected order, along with an extra order of fries and a cookie, along with a sincere apology. Great job by DJ and his team on the night of March 11, around 10 PM. I went to this McDonald's to place a large order, and I encountered a young man at the counter who seemed quite rude. He didn’t greet any of the customers and had an unpleasant attitude towards us. Additionally, he forgot to include straws for our drinks.
Prices keep increasing in this location for not reason I understand inflation but they increasing their price AGAIN how come others locations are still able to make the food affordable I just pay for simple small breakfast sándwich meal $10
