Very unhelpful and very unaccommodating, I accidentally placed my order at an incorrect location and was told by management to simply leave to pickup at the other location.. keep in mind this was for a single sausage egg and cheese McMuffin , nothing more nothing less. This was a drive through order placed in the morning and was forced to wait in line although I obviously was not able to retrieve my order (effectively making me late to work) . Not to mention the overfilled trash at the end of the drive through line. You need to do better.
The restaurant offers a lovely ambiance both indoors and outdoors, complete with a designated area for children. There is plenty of seating available, and everything seemed well-kept during my visit. I only stopped by for a coffee, but I was taken aback by the $3 charge for a medium black coffee. It was surprising to see such a steep price for something as simple as black coffee. I might need to ask about their senior discount for coffee to see if I qualify.
The restaurant could benefit from a more vibrant atmosphere for its employees. I called in a takeout order, and it was prepared quickly. The service was efficient, and the parking lot was well-maintained. There’s definitely potential for improvement if they choose to invest in it. The staff was well-trained and greeted me with a smile. I do wonder if they are being compensated fairly.

I visited the drive-thru to place an order at night, and I was shocked by how rude the manager, Lorena, was. I’ve never experienced anything like it before. There was a complete lack of customer service. Ultimately, I left without any food and felt really disappointed.
It's quite good overall; they occasionally forget small items, but compared to other McDonald's in my area, they're the best. The food tastes good. I mainly go for the coffee, but my kids really enjoy the food.
(Forced to give a star to submit; 0 stars) If you're in a rush in the morning, steer clear of this place—they never manage to open on time. I've waited 10-15 minutes, and they don't even apologize.
I've been here b4 3 or 4 times and all those times they always get may order wrong and or forget an item through drive thru and walk in to go orders all the times...
