I went to the restaurant and ordered 2 Big Macs without pickles and onions, but they didn't listen. They just took my order and wrote it down. A couple of weeks ago, they gave me a hamburger that was bad, the meat smelled spoiled. Come on, guys, I used to work for McDonald's, this shouldn't happen.
I would give them fewer stars if I could, as this McDonald's location is the worst in the area. They consistently make errors on orders, forget items, and then blame the customer for their mistakes. I will make a point to avoid this McDonald's and go to any other location instead.
They have a Playland that my grandkids love. It's been fun escaping the heat and visiting McDonald's for lunch and playing in this new Playland. I am hooked on the daily doubles.. a dbl cheese with lettuce, tomatoes and mayo and an indoor park for the kids... I'm loving it!
Every time I place a takeout order at this restaurant, it takes over 15 minutes for my food to be delivered. The staff treats you as though you’re ordering for free, which is very disappointing. This experience is a far cry from Burger King, and not in a good way. Book a table now
The restaurant is okay, but they do not offer coffee refills like McDonald's does. It's disappointing to receive such poor service from a company that typically provides free refills.
