I will not be returning to this McDonald’s. I come here at least three times a week to get my daughter breakfast for school and there’s a Older white women who is always at the payment window and she is very rude has extremely poor customer service every visit .I’ve reported her 2-3 times to the store manager and her behavior is the same . I will no longer spend a dime with this establishment and I will also be contacting corporate.
McDonald's is a bit expensive, but it's a good option for a fast meal. The fries are always hot and fresh. The customer service can be inconsistent, so don't expect too much from the staff. Some employees don't even know how to properly greet customers, especially if you initiate the conversation first. But that's all I have to say for this review.
i think this is the worst order ive gotten from mcdonalds . the happy meal box was open , drinks were spilled everywhere , the cinnamon bun had the icing all over and out of the box pretty much everywhere but the dessert . to top it off they didnt give me straws for the 3 drinks i had , and forgot my burger. $45 wasted.
I was disappointed to receive a double cheeseburger with no cheese, as it was not what I ordered. It's frustrating when restaurants don't get orders right. I specifically asked for a double cheeseburger, not just a hamburger. Getting two patties with no cheese was really disappointing. Book a table now
The fries were overly hard and cold, making them difficult to chew. The nuggets were also dry and cold. Overall, the food quality was terrible. I understand that McDonald's may not always have the best food, but it seems like they didn't even put in an effort this time.
The restaurant located at 9261 Old Saints Road can be a risky place once the nearby high school students are released after school. A group of teenagers was being disrespectful to elderly customers who were dining in. The manager failed to take any action.
I mobile ordered and showed them multiple times I paid for it and they still refused to give me my order. They said I had to cancel and reorder but the only way to do that is by contacting that mcdonalds, which I did and obviously didn’t work. Very rude!!!
The food at this McDonald's somehow tastes better. I decided to stop by because I used to live nearby and had good memories of this place. I found that the food was noticeably tastier than the McDonald's near my current location. Book a table now
The overall experience was great, although I did notice a fingerprint smudge on the top of my McFlurry. However, the fries were delicious.
