I’m visiting Maryland from Florida, and the weather is too cold for my kids. they have been crying wanting to go to a playground. I’m posting anyone else searching “McDonald’s playplace maryland” can find this location. The McDonald’s website doesn’t show the map of playplaces anymore). My son is so happy right now, so I’m really grateful they have this open. It is best for kids 4 and up. It goes very high so if your kid gets stuck it’s a challenge to haul them down. But otherwise it’s a good place.
This McDonalds earned a 4-star. Bathrooms were okay. Food was okay, buns seemed a little dry, fries were either over cooked or needing oil changed. Dining room was okay, just a couple tables needing wiped. Service was okay, our tableside order was baggedto go and called out for us to pickup. No self serve drink station, we just get water anyways. Kyle did like the playplace andthe convenience for the value as always certainly helps. Less than $6 for our meal as a value customer.
This McDonald's has been going downhill for the last year or so. The drive thru is horrible, the quality of the food is not that good, I will not order from the lunch/dinner menu. No matter what, they always manage to screw things up. I got the perfectSausage McMuffin with Egg the other day, buttered and toast muffin, steaming egg, BUT also the egg had several eggshells in it.
Literally the only Mcdonald to date that has fixed an order had it ready by the 2nd window including all items hot and visually appealing . The outside also is a thumds up to this Mcdonalds ONLY . Best Mcdonalds ive been to in maryland in awhile, Thumbs up management and employess, great work

I just left this establishment and the young boy 18 years old, he's a manager there. He was awesome. The food was fresh. Not one complaint and everything was right. It's been a very long time since I've been to McDonald's and everything was On Point.
Despite arriving just before closing time, I was greeted with clean and friendly service at this restaurant. I want to thank the cashier for being accommodating and bending the rules slightly to ensure I could enjoy a decent meal at night.
Food quality is getting worse. They don't even take the time to see if the food is centered on the bun. After I ate a Big Mac , fries a Filet-o-Fish a coke that wasn't mixed right, I felt I'll. It will be a while before I eat there again
Experience was fantastic all because of one amazing man named Ron, Ron is an absolute hero he made our whole week, Ron was so kind and nice and such an amazing person the service he delivered was above and beyond!

Love this mcdonalds ! My order is always correct , I have had it be incorrect , but the managers are always kind and understanding. I've never had an issue that wasn't handled efficiently , and with kindness.
