How this McDonald's got a 3-3 rating I don't know bad service they can't do simple things I ordered a large coke and large Dr pepper I told them please mark the Dr pepper I like coke my niece likes Dr pepper I even ask the lady giving me my drinks threw the window witch is Dr she said the one that's pressed on top other well it wasn't I gave my niece the coke drank Dr pepper I hate Dr pepper but think before you go there they lie to get rid of you.
I have visited McDonald's locations all over the country, and the Commerce Ave location is by far the worst Mickey D's I have ever been to. No matter what time of day, whether it's busy or not, they always seem to have problems. The staff here are the laziest I have ever seen and they all have bad attitudes. It's unfortunate that I live on this side of the city because I would definitely avoid this place. Everything they do is just not right.
Waiting for 10 minutes and nobody wants to serve me. Worst place to go.complete idiots. Thank God burger king is close and they are glad to help. $15 an hour that the employees think they deserve I should sue this place for being racist. White people please don't go here. If the owner would like speak to me before I call my lawyer it could be settled out of court. 5 digits is all I want.
I waited in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes before being asked to pull up and wait another ten minutes. When I checked my bag, I noticed that the sauce was missing and my Fanta had hardly any syrup. This was one of the worst McDonald's experiences I've had and I will not be returning. The food was hot, but the nuggets tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in days. Book a table now
It was clean and the dining area that was really nice, the people who took the order behind the counter they were very friendly We could describe what we needed and wanted, and they were attentive eager to help us and they were busy by smiles and being friendly, bathroom are really clean, also I had a good experience
This restaurant is chaotic. The manager was arguing and cursing at employees behind the counter. It felt like a group of unsupervised kids. There was a long wait and my order was incorrect. Make sure to double check your food - I only received 3 out of the 6 chicken nuggets I ordered.
Y'all need to do better my big Mac didn't have nothing on it for real all the lettuce and sauce was at the bottom and in the middle of my burger was dry it was no sauce no nothing... Y'all gave me a thin as burger like
The staff made me wait for a lid for my drink for 10 minutes. They were chatting as if I wasn't even there. The only vegetarian option they had was fries. Book a table now
Everything was fine. Drive-thru was very busy, but quickly moved. The order was exactly and properly prepared. A good experience today.
