I had the unfortunate experience of receiving my order incorrectly at this restaurant. Despite the simplicity of my request, the items I ordered were missing. What made it even worse was that I had used the restaurant's app to place my order, thinking it would help avoid any mistakes. To my surprise, the issue was not with the headset at the drive-thru, as I had been told before, but with the person operating it. I ordered a $5.00 deal which included fries, nuggets, a burger, and a drink. I received a 20-piece nugget, a basket of fries, and a Quarter Pounder, but my burger was incorrect with the addition of sauce and nuggets. It was a frustrating and illogical experience.
I only occasionally stop at this McDonald's for coffee on my very long work trips, and literally this manager is a gem of a human being.. he was so kind to a homeless person that was in there and then when I ordered my coffee he asked if I could wait a minute while he brewed a fresh pot..awesome
This McDonald's in New Mexico is the worst. I went around 10:20pm for food, and the employees were outside talking. I waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes with no response.
Ordered online person i called was very rude and then when i got my food the same person on the phone was very disrespectful and it seemed like she was just rushing

The service at this restaurant is fantastic, with a friendly cashier. The food is fresh with plenty of ice. I always enjoy coming here for breakfast!
You get screwed at the drive-thru, My large fries had about as many fries as my daughters medium fries. Are you kidding me?

There's no supervision on the weekends. They are always messing around the bathrooms and are not cleaned.
