If I could give zero stars, I would. The shift lead was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I asked for just one ranch sauce for my fries, and she stared at me and made me wait for 10 minutes. When I then asked for an ice water, she laughed at me. After waiting another 5 minutes, another employee approached and asked if I was waiting for something. The shift lead started laughing again. It's clear she hates her job, but that doesn’t justify treating customers this way.
We made a mobile order before we clocked out for our 30 minute lunch. We pulled up to the mobile curbside parking spot and waited 15 minutes until my coworker went in, where the staff argued about wether his order was mobile or not. Other people weresitting in the rest of the curbside spots for a long time too!! One guy left because he had been there as long as we had!!Unacceptable. We were late clocking back in ????
I stopped by for breakfast before work, and I was impressed by the speedy service and the friendliness of the staff. I’ll certainly be back in the future. Thank you for the wonderful experience, coming from one food industry worker to another!
I like dining at McDonald's from time to time, but I miss the old quarter pounder and fries. They just aren't what they used to be, so I’ve stopped ordering them. It's a letdown because their fries used to be the best. Book a table now
The restaurant serves tasty, freshly prepared meals at affordable prices. One recommendation I have is for them to think about offering breakfast all day, similar to what other fast food places do.
The service was excellent, and the fries were wonderful. However, the rest of the food could use some improvement. Overall, I give it a four. Have a great day!
The waiter in this place is awesome he works both here and at Sams. Either one will not disappoint. First visit to Half Moon Bay but it won't be my last.
Quick service at its best! Interesting tidbit: a Double Cheeseburger contains two slices of cheese, while a McDouble only has one. Book a table now
