I hope the owner of this restaurant sees this message promptly to address a concerning incident that occurred during our visit for breakfast on 11/18/23 at 10:20 a.m. We witnessed an employee using profanity towards customers before aggressively pushing through a crowd and nearly knocking down a young girl. The management failed to control the employee's behavior, which was completely unacceptable. I believe immediate action should have been taken. We were just passing through, not from this area. Hot mocha was not made correctly. Why can't McDonalds employees put the right amount of chocolate, push a button, then stir it?!!! There are a lot of employees who CANNOT make it right!! I've bought so many, I could make it myself!!
