Absolutely ridiculous. Why is this location closed at 10 pm on a Friday and why was the lobby closed at 9 am on a Tuesday morning. Just disgusting. If you don’t want to serve the public just close down. Also, turn that McDonald’s light if you are closed, and stop giving old French fries. I had to drive all the way to Lilburn to find another location open. I’m never coming here again. Yesterday was the last straw!!!
Pulling up to McDonald's at 4:19 am this McDonald's is supposed to be 24hrs I keep seeing someone walking in and out the back taking out trash but no one is in the kitchen or drive through window and 2cars have driven off. This is not acceptable. If it's 24hrs some one should always be available otherwise close the restaurant so an expectation isn't already set.
Used to always be pretty happy with McDonald's but that just isn't the case anymore. I deliberately went to a different location this time since the one closest to me is so bad. This location must be 2nd in line. It was a completely blah meal. It makes it that if I never eat at another McDonald's again then I'll be just fine! Sorry guys.
Second time I've been to that location. First time it was a quick drive through. This time around I waited about 6mns just to get to the order window and more just to pay and get my order. They must have been short staffed or something.I however got the correct order. Book a table now
This restaurant used to be the best until about 2-3 months ago. The staff used to always be kind and friendly, and orders were always accurate. Now, only 1, maybe 2 people are still kind, but orders are never correct and there always seems to be an issue.
I finally found a local fast food restaurant open late since the start of COVID. The food was fresh, the drive-thru service was friendly and efficient, and even the ice cream machine was working. I will definitely be returning.
