I placed a breakfast order through DoorDash at 9 AM, but the driver waited over an hour and my order was never fulfilled. When I called the restaurant to inquire about my order, the employee who answered was extremely rude and dismissive. They ended up hanging up on me while I was trying to explain my situation. Frustrated, I decided to drive to the restaurant to speak with a manager, but the young lady I spoke with didn’t seem to be an actual manager. Faced with this lack of accountability, I felt compelled to contact corporate. I’m not sorry if this results in anyone losing their job.

For those seeking healthier alternatives, their salads are a solid option, and the chicken and fish selections are relatively low in calories. McDonald's doesn't appear to have any intentions of altering its iconic style, and its brand is recognized and respected globally. The recent changes implemented by the new manager have significantly enhanced this restaurant. I already enjoyed my visits here before the updates. The staff has always been incredibly friendly. The man who cleans the lobby and other areas always greets me with a smile and, as a person with a disability who uses a service dog and a walker, he consistently holds the door open for me.
I frequently use DoorDash and encounter many fast food places. Right now, I'm waiting for an order here and I'm really impressed by how efficiently everyone is collaborating. Every employee appears to be in good spirits and is delivering outstanding customer service. Even though it's super busy, they function together seamlessly, like a well-oiled machine!

I've had my coffee order confused three times at this restaurant because they keep forgetting to add sugar. It's quite frustrating, and I wonder if the staff might be having trouble reading the orders. Overall, my experience has been disappointing, and I understand why many people choose to go to Starbucks instead.
These were the soggiest French fries I have ever had! I ended up with a large order without being given the option to choose a size. Some of the fries even had a fishy flavor, making the whole experience quite unpleasant!
I love this McDonald's, even though it can get very busy! My orders are always correct, and there are rarely any issues, except occasionally my food isn’t fresh—but that hardly ever happens. The Filet-O-Fish is amazing!
This worst customer service of them all.Every time you go there it's a problem with the customer service, It definitely need new staff,and Supervisor as well. I rate this McDonald's as a 1 hands down.??

Scary place. Several panhandle hanging around. We ran through the drive through while listening to someone's alarm system in the background. It doesn't seem like a safe neighborhood.
Workers will not take any orders at night time. Was denied service 3 nights in a row.
