This restaurant, like many other fast food establishments in Cincinnati that have a drive-thru, makes you wait 20 to 35 minutes for your food. By the time you finally receive it, you realize it's not fresh - it's either stale, cold, sloppily put together, or burnt. This may have been the longest wait for disappointing food I've experienced, with a 45-minute wait time.
I'm not gonna go into any details. But a employee named Marc or Mark. Either on break or off. Pretty much fixed it. Just a food order. But yeah. That's how top people act in life and just.dont let him go. That was good customer service. Good food too. I'll be back. I live to close . Food: 5

Very unprofessional staff. They were kicking, slapping and hitting eachother playfully behind the counter. They didn’t seem like they cared about their jobs and were more focused on goofing around then fulfilling the order :
we ordered a happy meal with 4 pieces of nuggets to go. when we opened it to home, the Nugget box was full of tartaric acid sauce. no nuggets are found. I tried to make a phone call, and the phone was ringing forever.
I love mcdonald's new dig, oreo mcflurry, but this mcdonald can't do it right. I have decided not to buy more to oreo mcflurrysat this mcdonald’s more. I have very few complaining about eating. Food: 4/5

Longest I’ve ever waited in a fast food drive thru anywhere (35 minutes, 20 just to order). Not an unreasonably long line either. This place sucks.
