I have visited this McDonald's several times, and I encountered mix-ups with my order on both occasions. After a disappointing first visit, I decided to give them another chance a few weeks later, but once again, my order was incorrect. Not only did they mess up my order, but the staff were also rude and dismissive when I attempted to address the issue. After having my order wrong twice during one visit, I asked for it to be corrected a third time, and it felt like they were laughing at me for pointing out their mistake. The lack of customer service here is disheartening, especially since I used to enjoy McDonald's, but I won't be going back. They do not deserve my business.
This is undoubtedly the rudest drive-thru staff I have ever come across. I was astonished. To make matters worse, the employee dropped my order at the window, blamed me for it, and didn't even bother to apologize. What is going on in the world today? It's perfectly fine to speak Spanish, but not everyone understands it. Can we talk about rudeness? This is incredibly unprofessional. I'm not expecting to be treated like royalty, but I do believe in basic courtesy and respect. I'm genuinely taken aback by this experience.
I need to say the drive thru staff were very kind and so nice. I ordered drive thur for friends who were working and such a disappointment the food was for them. My dog who loves McDonald's refused the rest of a double cheeseburger but the fries tastedfreezer burnt and one of the crispy chicken sandwiches, the chicken was burnt. I spent $21.00 and the friends didn't get toeat and the dogs were not impressed. I stopped eating fast food long ago but tried two fries and what a disappointment. Don'twaste your money.
If I could rate zero stars, I would. This McDonald?s has the worst service ever. I never felt so despised in my life. Adriana the manager of this McDonald?s was really unpleasant and disgusting to me. Nobody here knows how to speak English. I know we live in Miami, but these are still the United States, and each of them should at least know English. This McDonald will never get my business back.

I ordered a cheeseburger and made sure to specify that I wanted it plain. Despite confirming my request twice, it arrived with toppings. I also ordered a fillet-o-fish, but I received just a basic fish sandwich instead. If I could give this experience zero stars, I absolutely would. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this McDonald’s.
Only complaint I have about this place is their sweet tea tastes like rotting flesh. I work nearby and I go every once in a while during my lunch break, I?d say about 98.9% of the time, the sweet tea tastes absolutely disgusting. Just a fair warning. Other than that, pretty quick service, friendly employees, and the food is always great.
The employees at this restaurant remind me of those at many McDonald's locations; they often appear unmotivated and frequently come up with excuses about broken machines or unavailable items. Despite this, I keep coming back because they have to prepare my coffee. In general, ordering here has always been a bit of a challenge.
The morning window employee helped me take advantage of a great deal on breakfast sandwiches and saved me money. It?s not often an employee goes above and beyond to help in that way. Highly recommend this McDonald?s.
