Ich habe schon viel erlebt bei McDonalds, aber Jena hat alles getoppt. Unfreundlich bis zum geht-nicht-mehr , egal ob die Dame der Bestellannahme oder die Dame, die das Tablett an den Tisch gebracht hat. Die Worte Hallo , Bitte und Danke sind in Jena scheinbar unbekannt, das Wechselheld wurde wortlos hingeknallt, das Tablett ebenso. An den Servicestationen weder Servietten noch Trinkhalme, der Tablettwagen voll, so dass ich es auf dem Tisch stehen lassen musste. Und unter Stress hat da keiner gelitten, ich war um 11:30 Uhr dort und es waren ca. 20% der Plätze besetzt.
Man kommt ja in kaum einer Großstadt noch an einem McDonalds vorbei. In Jens liegt das McDonalds günstig direkt neben der Goethe Galerie und dem Campus der Universität – wie einer meiner Vorredner schon sagte, ist der Laden also vor allem mittags auch mal sehr überfüllt, und man muss ein paar Minuten warten, bis man seine Bestellung aufgeben kann. Alles halb so schlimm. Das Essen ist halt wie bei jedem McDonalds. Man sollte also keine kulinarischen Spezialitäten erwarten, aber um den kleinen Hunger zwischendurch zu stillen, ist es in Ordnung.
Per due sere abbiamo cenato al Mc, sfruttando anche il menù per due persone (che in Italia non c’è), che comprende due panini, bibita grande e patatine!Il locale, che sorge vicino alla Jentower, è ampio e ben organizzato, ma servirebbe una maggiore pulizia. Inoltre non tutto il personale sa parlare inglese, quindi è stato difficile farsi comprendere quando abbiamo chiesto informazioni.Riccardo&Sonia
It's a McDonalds, it does exactly what you'd expect, quickly and relatively cheaply. On the plus side, the staff in this branch are remarkably polite - I was a bit surprised. Still, it's just a McDonalds.

Mc Donalds im Stadtzentrum ist super, freundliches Personal, sehr sauber und gut zu erreichen. Also alle mal hin gehen und die vielen Rabatte nutzen.
