"Very clean, great staff, excellent, best McDonalds I have ever visited"
If you are a woman alone- beware of this location. I was there today, around 2pm and went through the drive-thru when the cashier began making remarks how he could “see how innocent i looked” behind my mask and other creepy remarks. I did not say a word, paid, got my food and left. I will not be returning. I’m horrified, as a 19 year old woman alone in my car I did not know what to do. Mind you- I had greasy hair, was wearing sweatpants and a sweatshirt, no makeup and had a mask on. I initiated no conversation, the employee said all of it unprovoked. I came to this restaurant at 12:30 on March 26. I will never return. I ordered three meals and everything was incorrect. When I approached the counter, the employee looked at me as if I were crazy. She rudely suggested a happy meal, implying that I was foolish, as she did not understand my order. After explaining what I wanted multiple times, she handed me the bags quickly and seemed flustered. I left feeling confused and disappointed as it was clear they were not organized. Upon arriving home, I found that my order of ten chicken nuggets only contained nine, one of which had plastic sticking to it. The posted hours clearly state that this location is open until 11:00 PM. However, we just arrived at 10:50 PM, and were told that they are closed. When I pointed out that it says they’re open till 11, he said that is because we do maintenance until 11 PM. I have just now seen two other people turned away from the location as we are leaving. If the idea is that you are cleaning during certain hours, then you should state the actual hours during which the restaurant is open to serve food.
I visit this location , got oder sone food and asked dont put cheese , guess what cheese is there, i got back and they gave me correct one ,On a top of that ioder chicken mcnuggets and then i asked when i got back to food with no chesse they gave me chicken mcnuggets and it was even colder (,i was upset , was looking forward to food (Hope people listen more and would pay attention ?! Hope they improve , i wish the best its holidays ???

This establishment deserves the award for the worst business. It seems like it is run by teenagers who don't know what they're doing. They only accept cash, which is outdated and makes them less competitive compared to other restaurants in the 21st century. Save yourself the headache and try the locations in ITC or the other two locations in Roxbury instead.
The drive-thru had ten cars waiting and was moving very slowly with taking orders. When I went inside, I noticed they were short-staffed and out of salads. Additionally, a group of rowdy teenagers were being loud and disrespectful towards the staff. Overall, this place needs a lot of improvement. I suggest giving it a try.
This McDonald's has a problem melting cheese. No matter what burger you get the cheese is never melted. Can they make the burgers any smaller? The Big Mac should be called the Tiny Mac.
Average McDonald’s experience. The inside of the restaurant was a little dirty, but otherwise nothing of importance to note here.
