Before Covid, this specific location was always on point. Fast, easy, inexpensive local seafood without any of the fuss. Sierra is an excellent waitress that focuses on details, and makes sure you get the best every time I would go out of my way to call ahead of time to see if she was working, because I genuinely enjoyed her company, and also because that 's how good she is. Now it 's a hit or miss. The other night was a HUGE miss! I got a whole 2lb lobster with a side salad for pickup. The lobster was raw. Typically, there is no reservation or private room at Red Lobster, yet my mother wanted to celebrate her 80th birthday at this Red Lobster because she loves the food, service, and great parking. Wisdom does come with age, it was perfect! The manager, Dee-Dee, provided top-notch service; 2 private servers, private section, easy to process individual bills, and the staff joined guests in singing happy birthday with cake we were able to bring. Don’t overlook this chain restaurant to celebrate any occasion – just wonderful!
We had a great experience at this location a few nights ago. We were greeted right away by one of the staff and seated quickly. Our server Ugonna came to our table within 2 minutes and was the best server we have had at any restaurant in many years. The food was very good and came out quickly. I like to order the endless shrimp, and receiving refills usually takes a long time. The kitchen staff should be commended for being on their game. Overall a very enjoyable experience.
One of my favorite places to have sea food, appetizers and other dishes! The service was fast, very very friendly staff and good prices. We had a fantastic experience the server, was quick with service, friendly off the bat and throughout. Compliments to the chef for fresh, quality dishes. The food was ok. Service was fair. Nice restaurant. Their signature biscuits were not provided until we requested them and showed up as we were finishing our meals. Waited 10 minutes for extra drawn butter. Our server was nice, just not too quick. She kept blaming the kitchen although the whole dining experience was ok, and we felt it was expense for what we got. Lobster tails were a bit rubbery.
Red Lobster is probably my favorite restaurant chain! Biscuits, caesar salad, Ultimate Feast and key lime pie is my usual go to. This specific location is nice. Clean. Friendly. And food is always good. That's always been my experience. Not to mention, I've been coming here for years! Over 2 decades now
It's easily one of the best Red Lobsters I've been to! The outside has a cute, beachy feel, and the inside is clean and well kept. The service was outstanding, our server was very attentive. The food was all well cooked and delicious. My family and I will definitely be back.
Easily one of the best Red Lobster locations I've ever been to. Always quality service and quality food. ANOTHER VISIT I just came in for a Saturday lunch, and the service wasn't good at all. However, the food was still tasty.

Took my mom for her 75th birthday they were amazing about getting us seated quickly even brought her a special dessert with a candle as a surprise!!
