I typically don’t write restaurant reviews because I often end up disappointed by negative experiences. However, I have to say that this McDonald's stands out as one of the best places I've visited. The staff are incredibly friendly and efficient, consistently getting my order right during the lunch rush. The food never lets me down and is always served quickly, even when it's busy. I was particularly impressed with how fast I was served at the drive-thru, despite the long lines. I received my order within 10 to 13 minutes, complete with excellent service and good food. I just returned from the drive-thru, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. A woman, whom I believe was named Fatima according to her name tag, was rather rude during my visit. When I asked for ketchup, she shot me an unfriendly look and didn't provide it. To make matters worse, she flung my food at me in a disrespectful way. If someone isn't invested in their job, they might want to reconsider working there. We definitely need staff with better interpersonal skills.
I had a wonderful experience at this McDonald's location. The place was clean, not overly crowded, and my food was prepared quickly. The staff were friendly, and I really enjoyed my double quarter pounder—it was hot, delicious, and nicely made. The latte was impressive as well. My family was also pleased with their meals. The staff at this drive-thru restaurant are very friendly. I would have rated them 5 stars if McDonald's hadn't removed the McPlant burger from their menu. It was a tasty vegan option that I really hope they bring back!
